What Our Camps Offer

Our hockey camps are structured to maximize learning, fun, and personal development. Here’s what participants can expect:

  • On-Ice Training: Focus on improving technical skills such as skating, puck control, and game tactics. Our experienced coaches provide personalized attention to help each athlete improve her game performance.
  • Off-Ice Training: Physical conditioning, strategy workshops, and team-building activities designed to enhance strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
  • Skill Development: Led by experienced coaches, our camps focus on essential hockey skills including skating, stick handling, shooting, and tactical awareness. We ensure that every player, regardless of their skill level, receives the attention and guidance needed to improve.
  • Mentorship: Our coaches are not only skilled in hockey, but also in mentoring young athletes. They work closely with each player to build confidence, sportsmanship, and leadership skills.
  • Cultural Integration: We incorporate cultural elements into our camps, celebrating the rich heritage of our Indigenous communities. This includes special workshops and activities that are culturally relevant and engaging.
  • Community Building: Armstrong Hockey is committed to building strong, supportive networks. Our camps are a great place for young players to make lasting friendships, share experiences, and connect with their heritage.
